Is there a ACOG that mounts in the carry handle
that the BDC will work with a 14.5" barrel ?
If so who has the best prices ?

I dont think there is an ACOG with a BDC reticle made to be shot mounted to a carry handles 14.5" upper. However, if you go here:

BTW, all ACOGs can fit in the carry handle.

If you dont want to deal with bullet drop compensated reticles that wont match your exact set up, just get a Comp ACOG. They do not have BDC reticles and actually fit very nicely mounted to the carry handle.

I have the compact model its made to fit right in the carry handle,I love it,no batteries.
