I'm looking for a picatinney rail that mounts under the front sight base. I'm aware of the Bushmaster triple rail BMAS. Are there any others??

I have a Surefire 659 on my work M4. The mount that comes with the 659 is designed to mount under the front sight base. It has a picatinney rail that the one inch ring attatches to to mount the flash light.

Here are some pics. Note that with standard Carbine hand guards the light can be moved further to the rear so the ring goes around the area of the light just in front of the tail cap.

Yeah Lucky, that's what I'm looking for. BUT, I have a 962 on a throw lever mount, so do you know if I can get that mount separately?

GRSC makes the most simple and the most effective under the front sight tower light mount.  '

I like the GG&G sight sling combo.  It mounts to the side of the sight post not under it but it is very effective.

I do not think your light will fit. I would go with the GG&G SLIC. I have never used one but have seen them and have heard good things from people who do. I would call GG&G and ask them before buying.

I have an M3 mounted on a BMAS. Works very well but does add a little bit of wieght. Hasn't effected the accuracy or performance of the rifle one bit, even when heated up real good.
