ARMS inc. had a S.I.R. system for carry handle of the Ar15 carbine at the SHOT show. Does anyone know when this will be available for the civilian market? I was told by the rep that it will be available in a no-gunsmith version as it is for the flat top model. The rep wouldn't divulge or prognosticate on a date for availability. Looking for insider secrets or from those who know. Please help, or i'm gonna have to buy a flat top upper for my bushmaster, which i should have gotten in the first place.
