Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Price check for new Bushmaster

I am looking at the new Bushmaster Patrolman's carbine A3 to carry in my cruiser.  A local dealer quoted me $799 for the gun, case, and 3 30 round mag's and another $279 for an EOTech sight.  How is this LEO price??? Can anyone recommend a dealer in the Tampa, FL area??  I think this is a pretty good price, my department armorer referred me to him, but I always like to check.  Thanks.

I was at a local gun show this past weekend and saw a few M4 style BM's. I don't know how close to the Patrolman's model the M4 is ,but the going prices was anywhere from $855 -$990. Doesn't sound like a bad price.
