I bought a fluted 18” 6.5 Grendel barrel from faxon over the spring, and had an issue with it. Upon shooting, the brass would get stuck in the chamber, and the gun would have to be mortered to remove the stuck case. All other possibilities that could be causing the issue were looked into. The part that sealed it for me was some gouging on the brass itself indicating a likely uneven chamber.
I contacted CS Via email on 11/24, I ended up speaking with someone on the 25th. After our conversation, they agreed, and sent me a new barrel as well as a return label for the old one. The barrel showed up on 12/15 and is now back on my gun awaiting its test-firing date.
I am happy with their help, and would like to share my experience with anyone on here. Definitely a company I would support and recommend in the future.
