So about a month ago...I ordered a 14.5 lt wt bbl chrome lined with a Perm attached A2. About a week later I recieved a 16" with an A2....this was after I was repeated to the lady three times what I wanted because she was confused ...and I repeated it again, when she called the next day because my shipping address vs my billing address was different. So I ended up having to send back the bbl....I called before I mailed it so as to expodite the re-order (I work on a tug boat and am not home so much) plus, I ordered a second bbl to go with the first. A chrome lined Lt Wt, 11.5 with a perattached 5.5 hider, plus I needed the delta rings included since they were not with the original order. I then called about a week later to see how my order was coming along....and found out the order was placed....however there were still mistakes....the 14.5 bbl had a phantom on it not an A2 and the 11.5 was not chrome lined..... Now today I called...about ten days from the re-order call...and the lady on the phone says that they have not got around working on my order and it may be up to a week before someone can look at it again. I'm starting to get upset here. I understand things around the shop are busy with all the no ban stuff going on...however I guess I figured I would placed on a little higher priority, since my orginal order was done incorrectly. I'd also like to order a third bbl, a 14.5 M4 Lt wt under the hand guards, with a perm attached A2....but now I'm concerned about possible errors done there too. Although not your fault, if I don't get my order in next week, I won't be home again till almost Thanksgiving.....which will sucks to think I won't see my stuff for 2 months since the orginal order made in early September. I'd much rather support a smaller company like yourself then one of the ABC's. If you look in the JnT pic thread you will see that I have ordered from you before and have been very satisfied with the product. Can you do something to help me out here?
