Doing a followup on my Order, #19550, which has not arrived to date. All items were in stock at the time of ordering on 8th of October. - My credit card was debited on the 11th of October. - A check of my order history on your website shows "Status: October 10th 2013 15:35: Shipped USPS First Class ( standard 3 day service ". - I have yet to receive any shipping notification or receive any tracking info since the e-mail I received on the 11th of October stating "Your order # is packaged and ready to ship. You will receive an email notification once your package has been picked up by our carrier." Just a little concerned due the recent issue another vendor had with their contacted carrier failing to get items sent out to customers. Please provide an updated status and the requested USPS tracking info ASAP so that I can monitor the location and movement of my order. Thank you in advance. v/r R. Tenorio |
