Suggestions? Keep it and shoot it. It's as nice as anything ever made, in my opinion, and better than most. Too bad they're out of business, or sold out or whatever they did. The guns have great fit, finish, etc.

All of my AR's are built on PWA lowers, IMO they are just as good as any of the name brands out there.

i'll back that up 100%. have preban m4 i built with dpms upper on preban pwa commando lower- no flaws, no malfuncions (even with wolf steel 55s), and accurate as can be...
this gun rocks! it is a shame pwa isnt around anymore...

I have built over a dozen rifles on PWA lowers. This is over a span of 12 years. The oldest one is just as good as the newest. Not one problem with fit or finish. IMHO their lowers are better than Bushmaster, especially for the $.

I agree. My commando is perfect. Colt M4 upper fits nicely on it. excellent quality lower with mil spec parts, no sear block. oh, and my serial# ends with 223 which adds to the coolness factor. If you want to build a pre ban rifle, PWA and EA are the best way to go IMHO

Haven't had a problem with mine, bought it new 10 years ago and have used GI and Orlite mags without a problem. Sad they were put out of business by a free country.
