The new web site sucks. We know it and are working on it. Just going back to the old one is not an option. Please post your issues and recommendations here.

My biggest complaint is my orders show up, then they don't. It just depends. |

I like it. I found it much easier to find what I was looking for when I placed my cyber Monday order.

On the Order History page, could we get the Fedex/UPS tracking number link added to the Shipping Method block (from the fulfillment email)?
Unless it is already there and I just can't see it, and a bunch of people will now correct me in short order . |

I actually like the new website. Some can't take change very well. I have not found an issue searching for what I want on the site. It just takes a little getting used to.

To combat the negative, I wanted to thank for something that happened years ago, during the first release of your first 4x. When you gave a discount code to the followers of the product before release, it ended up having issues and you responded to my email and fixed it in minutes. When I sent an email regarding my MRO order this morning your rep responded to it in minutes. I am very glad you have become the successful group that you are. As far as input on the website, it is not showing my MRO order on the history, so fix that lol.

Is it possible to expand the number of products shown per page?

The 'saved cart' feature would save my cart but then when I tried to move those items to current or merge some or all with current cart it did nothing. just a heads up.
Also - Make the "wishlist" feature more prominently displayed when signed on. Thanks! |

PA won the BF deals ! ..both my orders shipped while I'm still waiting on other shops to start processing..
but yeah, the server couldn't handle the load on BF. Just get that fixed for next year, you know we gonna crash it again |

Between your new site and Top Gun Supplys new site, I love yours. Theirs SUCKS big time. I have quit buying from them because I can't find ANYTHING on their site. I called and even they had a problem locating it.

Has anyone else had issues with multiple card charges?
I ordered an upper on Monday to start my SBR build and supposedly there was a website issue which resulted in me being charged 4 times. I called twice and was told these would get reversed ASAP, but it hasn't happened yet and my card is on lockdown. I've never had an issue before so I know this is not the norm. |

trying to find certain parts is so hard. categories are so hard to search.

I can respect the need for change. The old website, while easy to navigate was a little "old" function wise.
The new one has some good ideas, just a little poorly implemented. I love the AR part finder when it works, but the filters are kind of crappy. I've found that even when I use them, I get the wrong results. And when I do a large search too much comes up, even when not related to what I'm looking for. If there are too many products and I change the number displayed to a large amount, the page somehow lags or freezes and keeps refreshing or just crashing. I've experienced that at work via MSIE and at home on Chrome and Firefox. Also, the colors are a little funky. Was the orange for Halloween/Thanksgiving? ;) lol. I really liked the green on the original site. It just worked well. Also in regards to the layout, it doesn't work very well via phone. Maybe change the colors to something more subdued? My suggestions, which probably aren't worth their weight in anything, would probably be to just make some changes to the appearance, and possibly to how the search function is working. Also, as someone else had stated, the account info just isn't reliable. I couldn't even get tracking on an order, nor did it even link it to my account. It's a good start towards modernization, but it's just got bugs. I know you guys will resolve it in due time. Till then we will just have to tough it out. The speed of processing and shipping, your prices, and the great QC are worth it. Thank you for listening to us on this! |

You know what I miss...the awesome artwork you guys used to do on the boxes for people!! There used to be a dedicated thread for it! But, thats just me...

View Quote We don't charge until the order is actually shipped but there was a problem with multiple pre-auths. If you were using a debit card it was mess. This has been fixed. |

It took that for the service provider to realize there was not enough computing power. The search function is one of the best parts of teh new site. It is in our hads and easy to update. Any feeedback on that not bringing up what you want is welcome and will quickly be addressed. We have a meeting today with the service provider today and tracking and order history are a top priority |

One thing I noticed is if you are looking at a certain part, say red dots.
If you select show 48 and then "sort by ________" it doesn't seem to work. Not a big deal, just a FYI. |

Mobile.
It forces you into the mobile version - at least on my note 4. The mobile version is awful. Also - the search feature isnt intuitive anymore. I searched 'black rain lower' and got everything BUT a black rain lower. Also when on mobile - you have to scroll things linearly - its easier to find things in a grid pattern, scrolling suuuuuccckkkss |

Just sent off a "contact us" form on the status of my order, was greeted with the confirmation message " Success Your message is on its way and will respond withing one business day!" |

That is on the fix list On the subject of the Order History page ... 3 of 4 of my order histories are a blank page. All four orders were placed starting 11/11/2015 and the last order was 12/3/2015. Any chance this could get on the fix list? Thank you for your patience and great customer service |

I love PA but do not love the new website.
It sucks. I too know what it takes in time and money to have a new site done (just did it at my office). With that said, I can't think of any improvements other than have similar navigation functionality to the old one. A list of "topics / items" on the side would be awesome - one of my favorite things of the old site. |

Would like to sort by what's in stock.
It seems I get your sale emails at the end of the day instead of in the mornings, by the time I get it you are all sold out of sale items. |

2 things.
Be able to expand the number of items on each page (37 pages to click through? Really? And have a permanent SALE page. Yeah you're not always running big promotions but there's always SOMETHING for sale. Would be nice if those items were all consolidated on 1 page |

Something is going on with shipping. I don't know if it's the site or just a mistake in shipping but I ordered a MRO and received it on Friday. Then today I received another one. I should be able to call tomorrow to get it worked out to send it back but we'll see how that goes. It might take a couple days but I'll get you called and sent back.

I really love my Trident trigger that a purchased a few months ago. I visually looked through the trigger section and could not find it. But I did a search for it by name and the 3 and 4 pound came up.
Anyways, are you guys not liking the Trident triggers? Thanks |

I have an order I placed on 12/4. I haven't received any information on shipping or anything. I see the charge on my card, but I can't tell if it actually went through your system. Are we still getting shipping notifications with the new site? I place an order 11/25 and got a confirmation and everything..

Is there no "AR-15->... (iron) Sights" category? The silhouette picture for Uppers & Parts makes it look like it should be there, but there's no sub-item for it..

Yeah, I liked the old site sooo much better. It was way easier to find things.
Now I just search for them (which means fewer impulse buys). I think a lot of the advice here is good; however, it is possible I just haven't figured out how to navigate it. -- I was just at the site looking for a 3X-4X with LER, and didn't see it. Came here and before I got a chance to find an update in it, was this thread, related to it, and had to post. |

In addition to sorting by 'in stock', need to be able to sort by 'price - high to low / low to high'. "Shopping by price" is not the same; i.e. what if the product I would really like to buy is $1 more than the "shop by price" range I selected. I would certainly spend a few extra dollars to get the product that I really need. But I might not ever see that product because it is just outside of the range I selected.

View Quote That fix is being worked on with a ETA of mid next week. The cause is the way the site handle the available accessories listed in the product page so it is not as easy as it sounds. |

I know it's partially my fault but when I'm filling out the credit card and address and the other fields on that page if you mess up or change your mind and pick a different shipping option it clears all of the other fields you already filled out.
It's very irritating. Also. We should be able to add an item to our cart anywhere it shows up. To clarify, if I search for an item and it shows up with other items I should just be able to add it to my cart from there. It's an extra click to see the details of the item and have the ability to add it to the cart. I know it's a small gripe but it's a tad annoying. As far as the rest of the site there are only one or two things I like about it. Sorry, I still love you guys. I can live with it though :). |
