So got my lower back today, can’t lie I’m a little pissed. I sent it back a week and half ago, was originally delivered on Monday and called Wednesday just to confirm they had it and to ask for an update. They hadn’t done anything with it yet, and person I talked to did confirm they would reach out to me and let me know the outcome before it was sent back.
Hadn’t heard anything so was going to call today when I saw the UPS man coming into my driveway. Signed for it and opened it up, will admit it was very well packaged. My lowers was inside along with my original repair form but nothing else.
No paperwork or note saying what, if anything, had been done to repair my lower. So I called customer service back, and after waiting on hold I was told that they had tried several different polymer magazines and one type of metal, they had all to work so boxed it up and sent it back.
No phone call or email before I got my lower back, though I did get an email from UPS saying my package had been delivered.
Person I talked to was trying to be helpful, but didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to say. Finally got them to understand and was told to send it back in along with the magazines I’m using. So far, out of my magazines the issue is mainly confined to Center Industries magazines but they work fine in my other ARs (Colt, DPMS, PSA!) and work in the other Grim Reaper lower I purchased at the same time.
So now I have to wait another two to three days just to get my shipping return label. Then send it back in, and wait I don’t know how many days.
I’ve never had a problem with any PSA product I’ve used before, this one is causing my to rethink using or recommending your company in the future
