For your very specific parameters, the best option would be the Norotos DDA and INVG.
The DDA (Dual Dovetail Adapter) has two dovetail shoes mounted at an angle so it can be switched quickly from one eye to the other by disconnecting it from the mount, rotating it, and clicking the other dovetail shoe in.
However in factory configuration, only one of the DDA’s dovetail shoes has horizontal adjustment, and unfortunately Norotos does not typically sell the adjusting shoe on its own. Coupled with the fact that most people’s faces are not 100% symmetrical, this can mean that you may not be able to get perfect alignment on one side, and there’s not really a whole lot you can do about that.
For some it is a minor inconvenience (slight shadowing/shady on the edge), for others it can be a bigger problem.
Beyond that, the INVG mount, which is based on the AN/PSQ-20 mount allows you to rotate the whole arm over to the side, allowing you to either a) rotate it out of your FOV while in the deployed position (“down”), or b) stow the goggle closer to your helmet/head in the stowed position (“up”), bringing the center of gravity closer to your head.
