Dear Rainier,
I ordered a P mag and some Magpul BUS for a buddy's first AR about 2 weeks ago, they were never delivered. USPS marked them as delivered, but that package was not in the mailbox when my wife opened it (oddly enough, the other package from you guys was)
I've contacted USPS and they are investigating, but what happens if the items never turn up?
Am I stuck with a $110 loss? Do y'all have some sort of insurance so that y'all don't have to eat that loss? What's the next step?
I'm not trying to rip you guys off or get anything free as I've purchased around $1k of total items (including an 11" Rainier Evo and AAC 51T Brake tonight) now and never had a single complaint other than that one package. I'm just trying to figure out a plan.
