Wish to travel in a 5er up to the far northeast preferably Maine soon for a month. Never been in the northeast further than NYC or PA. Like beach & mountains. I hear the beach roads suck for 5er's. What are ARF.com recommendations?

I don’t know what type of place you are looking for or how far up you want to go.  Here are two places that I stay when we want to be in more resort type places and not state parks.

https://bayleysresort.com/

I usually get a spot in the big RV area near the edge of the woods.

This place is pretty popular and can be expensive during peak times.  We go during the value weeks.

Don't forget VT and NH.  Between ME, VT, and NH they all have their own charms.
