I have checked around and found conflicting answers to this question.  Does anyone know for sure.  I was recently told that on private land it doesn't matter what mag you use.
Thanks

What I have always been told is that on private land there is no limit to mag capacity.  On public land there is a 5 round limit for the magazines.  Also if in a state park you can not have a round chambered in the rifle if driving through (or so one of my Park Ranger buddies tells me.)

Thanks,
That was what I was told recently at a gun shop, but others have said different.
