Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Recommendation for Programming Software for Yaesu FTM-7250D

I know a number of guys here are running FTM-7250D's.  I have one in my shack.  It works fine.  But CHIRP does not support it.  Programming from the panel can be tiresome.  Any recommendations for software and a cable to program it with?  Would prefer something Windows compatible, but I can also do Mac.

I use the Yaesu software for my FT-60, and it works great.  Not sure it they have software for that model, though.

Kind of a long shot, but I might try the software from Yaesu for the FT-70D since the 70 is basically the 7250 in HT form, and it worked a treat on the 70 (and it's free). But programming from the face of the 7250 is relatively painless.

This cable Is supposed to work with chirp for programming the 7250. I saw a Youtube video on doing it, just need the cable to come back in stock.

I bought the software and cable from RT Systems and it works flawlessly. Money well spent.

I bit the bullet and use this for the 7250 and I don't regret it.
