Had to run to the store and turned on 10m. Only atation I heard was VK2IM. So I worked him. I thought it was a Cali QSO guy. Got home and looked him up and saw Australia. That beats my Japan from last week. SSB with a mag mount. 8919 miles.

I ran a FT-101B mobile years ago. That adventure was very short lived.

I worked ZM4T and ZL1TM (New Zealand) on 10 meters Saturday with the FT-100D and Little Tarheel 2 in my car. I think mobile is great for 10 meters since I can get away from all the noise here in town.
