What is the best use for them?

They are crispy and quite tasty.

Haven't been sprayed (in decades) and don't have any worms/bugs that I can see.

Eat them raw, turn them into Pie, make apple sauce, dry some, turn some into cider, turn some into hard cider....

I'll be all over the applesauce and canned pie filling for sure if they are the correct apple for those things.

I like cider a lot but don't have access to a press.
