Well, tidal/brackish water anyway.

Mid 70s and sunny, so ducked out of work at noon.

Dug a few nightcrawlers figuring I could catch a few white perch or sunfish for bait.
Chunked up 1/2 a boneless chicken breast too, 1/2 with garlic powder, 1/2 with strawberry Jello powder. Just in case.

Cast first rod, started threading worm, first rod takes off.
Eater sized bluecat.
As I'm unhooking it, worm rod hit.
Small channel.
Toss, and rebait, garlic on third rod.
Cast it out, cast 2nd rod, 3rd goes down

6 cats first 15 minutes.
Then 35 minute lull, white cat, aka turd roller, ( our only native cat other than bullheads)

Then another hour, and a 4-5 channel.

Really need moving water in this spot.
Tide was coming in, but strong, gusting SSW winds pushed back. Think that's why it shut down so fast.

Anyway, nice day to finally get out.
