My favorite TTSDBI is a real estate term.

There is a subspecies of Planned Unit Development (PUD) called a "Deminimis PUD".

Here's a definition:

DEMINIMIS P U D - A PUD in which the common elements add little to the enjoyment of the premises or have little or no effect on the value of individual units. Deminimis PUD's should also have minimal association fees.
