I'm a Washington State resident. I have two firearms I'd like to sell private sale in Washington or Oregon. One is a hand gun, the other and AR. I've never sold a firearm before and I (obviously) don't have an FFL. Can I legally sell these to somebody cash and carry in either of these two states? What precautions should I take (within reason) in case the guy is a felon and/or goes out and wacks someone the next day?
