Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - PRK pre-ban rebuilding to maximum evil limits?

Question to whomever knows.

I have an early model Colt SP1 series AR-15, I have had this particular AR since about 1983 and it was registered when the first PRK registration was started back in 1993/1994?

Anyway, It currently has a full length stock and full length barrel. Can I reconfigure this with a 16 inch barrel with a flatop and slap on a fully functioning collapsable stock and be in compliance with PRK laws?

It is my understanding this rifle being a legal pre-ban allows me to have all the evil features limited on post-bans, if this is correct how evil can I make this while remaining legal?

Yup, your registered, grandfathered PRK "assault weapon" won't be any more of an "AW" with a collapsable stock or a 16" barrel.
