I need some help.  I am trying to sell an AR-15 of mine, with collapsible stock, and 30 round clips.  A person from out of country wants me to ship it to his FFL in California.  Does anyone know if it is legal for me to ship the gun as is to Cali, or if I can/cant ship it with the person being out of country.  Or, does it even matter....being the FFL holders responsiblility to worry about the buyer?

I am not an FFL holder, and will be shipping it to one.  Let me know ASAP if you have any ideas.

Thanks,
Jason

I think I'm right, but your gun is illegal in CA since it is not registered as an assault weapon. You can't register assault weapons anymore in CA. You will not be able to complete this transaction.
