House bill 1922 introduced by Diana Degette (D)-CO would ban the importation of all preban highcap mags.  Worse yet, it bans the transfer of those already in private possession.

As of now, the bill has 25 co-sponsors.  Ladies & Gentlemen, it's  time to get active.   Write & call your congressmen/congresswomen.

When a Senate companion bill is introduced, I'll get the number.  Ours in Ohio are bigtime fence sitters so I'll be busy bothering them when the time comes.[:X*]

This stupid law is unenforceable, probably not Constitutional.

How can you legally restrict the sale/transfer of an item that is legal to own? It's dead in the water. Those who sign on to support this bill are kissing up to the anti's for votes.

It ain't gonna happen.
