Okay, first of all, this topic is only for chatting not doing it.

Anyway, Say you have a post ban lower and decide to put on features before 9/04 that break the AWB law. You find yourself under arrest and in jail, or at least have your weapon taken away. What happens when the AWB ends and it is like it never existed at all? Are you freed and given back your weapon? I mean you can not be a criminal if the law you broke does not exist. I would just like to hear your thoughts. I guess I am really bored.

From a legal standpoint, you're still in jail.  It's common, when an offense is decriminalized however, to commute the sentences of those still incarcerated for violating the defunct statute.  Common, but not automatic, that is.
