I worked for Kodak and got laid off last March after they filed bankrupucy in Jan. When I left I was "given" a severance package that works out to about $12K. I was told under bankrupcy rules they could not pay it out as a lump sum and I would have to wait till the BR was over to get the lump sum payout. As they are getting close to coming out of BR I have been thinking is there any way they can get out of paying me that $$.
