It can't do any worse then some of the shit advice I get from the so called experts such as my financial advisor, lawyer, doctor butcher baker et al. Fuck em all!. I'd save a lot of money too in fees. example

should I rob this bank?
magic 8ball says not at this time

should i invest my life saving in wax bean futures?
magic 8ball says you'd be a fool not to

should i fuck around on my wife
magic 8ball says your dam straight!

I cannot see a downside to this.

Not even kidding - I used to have one in my drawer and made MANY decisions with it while VP/Controller of a division of a Fortune 500 company.

I work in IT.  We have one that we consult on a regular basis.

"Why is it taking so long for my email to open?"

"Let me consult the IT crystal ball.  Just a second....  Ah, here it is:  'Outlook not so good.'"

It's uncanny.

In terms of how some of the most carefully planned actions and considered decisions of my life have actually turned out, I might not have done any worse by using the Magic 8 Ball.
