'Aimpoint' is the brand name, not a target suggestion.

Well, it said "Aimpoint". Maybe they need a better name.

Doesn't cover cosmetic damage. I'm sure it still works fine.

Unlikely. I having trouble getting them to honor their own published warranty on an obvious manufacturers defect (very dim LED)

I was waiting for someone to raise the BS flag. Things aren't always as they seem.

Meh.  It was a 4MOA should have bought a 2MOA or this would not have happened.

Basically I got a fakepoint in with a GSG-5 package deal on the EE a while back. The thing was a POS from the start, the on/brightness switch barely worked. Sometimes you'd have the switch in the on position, and there would be no red dot. If you tapped or wiggled the switch, it would usually come on, though it wasn't always easy. Not only that, but it never wanted to keep zero. I only had it for maybe 200-300 rounds before an internal lens broke loose and left an orange phantom image in the view. I tried to fix it, but to no avail, so that was the end of it.

I salvaged some parts off of it and was going to throw it away. Figured I could have some fun first though. That's actually a 40 gr Aguila Subsonic round embedded in the side there in the picture.
