Saw on FOX maybe 15 minutes ago a spokesman for the Sugar Land, Tx., police department saying their investigation was open and on-going.

Nothing else.

Another Fox report happening right now.

Seems the County M.E. is ruling "death by self-inflicted gun shot wound" but the FOX reporter says "the Sugar Land Police are not buying."  Looks as if what's in the suicide note may be what's the holding the police back.

Also learned Baxter was still alive when found.

Read a similar report on freerepub ... well Enron had some deep pockets and some serious connections...anything is possible...it just seems like this guy would have been the least likely to be indicted serve time or loose...in fact he if anybody could have looked like the "hero"...since he tried to stop their accounting practices and may have resigned because of them...I'm sure we will hear lots more on this...Maybe Arlyn Spector can trot out his "single bullet"..since it looked pretty unused at the time [;)]
