Listening to some old Cd's tonight, and came across this gem. One in a millon
I'm not advocating the message at all. I was just amazed that a that a major record label (Geffen) let this song be released.
I can only imagine the shit storm it would cause, if released today.
In a way it reminds me how much the Politically Correct culture has changed things since the late 1980's when this song was released.
Can you imagine if Nickle back, or some other popular band tried to do this today? It would be all you heared about on the major so-called news networks for days.

I remember that song had a bit of controversy surrounding it at the time.
Doesn't surprise me a major label released it, considering all the gangsta rap that was coming out at the time.

I just bought a Bob Dylan CD, and it has the song Hurricane on it. He drops an N bomb and I couldn't imagine what would happen if a little white dude put out a song like that today.
