Some sick ass is mutilating cats in my neighbor and leaving them at their owner's houses for "shock value". Made Drudge this morning. That was before 5 more were found a few blocks away. I'm not a cat person, but if they find this dude, they should ......

They arrested a kid this morning associated with the killings ... More arrests to be made.

on one hand its sick but the owners are funny.

if they kept their cats inside they wouldn't have to worry, oh that's right they don't want the half feral shedding flea ridden pests in their house.

The Police think it's a human. This monster has been moving around between Cutler Bay, which is a little further South of Palmetto Bay, and last week he moved west of US1 which is considered the Falls area. Has cut off limbs, crushed their heads, shot one in the eye, and has skinned them from the waist down. Some of the cats have disappeared for a week, then have shown up of their owner's porches & yards mutilated. A real sick f**k.

Turned out to be a couple of free-range pit bulls.

Mine too. A few years ago some "sicko" was mutilating cats in my neighborhood (even made the BBC

). It turned out that is was wild animals grabbing kitty for a snack. Probably a coyote.

ETA: But coyotes don't shoot cats in the eye.
