I am trying to start a rifle raffle to raise funds for the family of Nate Chapman.  What is the AR15.com sanctioned method of doing this?

Hey Craig! You probably need to talk to Goatboy about this. There are rules/laws or some such to conducting a raffle. He knows more about it than I do, and since it's his site....well.

While you're here, what kind of can was that that you have on your UZI and what can you get me one for?

I sent him some email, but no response yet.  I got rejected by Bowers on the subguns board.  That kinda makes me a bit upset, but I know they stay more than busy over there.

The can on the UZI is an Advanced Armament Phantom.
