Iceberg lettuce is for Neanderthals, except when it's shredded and on a sub.

.....None of those....
Just normal, garden variety lettuce... add blue cheese dressing, or ranch dressing. |

My mom makes the best salad in the world. Lettuce, onion, boiled eggs, a little vineagar, some sugar and then comes the bacon with the grease!
Green leaf lettuce and cucumbers, with some croutons, shredded cheese, and either ranch or caesar dressing for me.

How about BBQ sauce? Or gravy? ok Cin, you get to make a BBQ/Gravy salad and post pic's! |

I would suggest a Waldorf Salad, but I think we're just out of waldorfs.

Spinach as the primary greens.
Bacon, dried cranberries, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, sliced cucumbers. Add either feta cheese and mustard greens with a mustard vinagrette, or add bacon and blue cheese and blue cheese dressing. |
Lettuce, whole lot of carrots, lots of sunflower seeds, pepperoni, ranch.

Quoted: Spinach as the primary greens. Correct. Iceberg lettuce is rabbit food. |
All kidding aside, I like arugula.
Dressing: olive oil, vinigar, salt, mustard, pepper. |
