I really doubt they use the Red Crescent on their ambulences. Also, sure looks like a Mig-21. Did you have anything helpful?

There are Jewish and Arab/Moslem ambulances in Israel. One has a red Star of David and the other has a red crescent. Looks like Israel to me. I know, I've been there. ETA: Apparently it was an Indian fighter according to the articles below, but it does look alot like Israel. |
