One of the sprinkler heads in front of my work is broken and spraying straight up. My co-worker sees the building "maintenance" "guy" and tells him about it. The guy says "yeah we get about three of them broken a week, damn skateboarders". WTF- Now I think skateboarding is one of the lamest things, they never land any tricks, half the time carry the thing just to look cool, etc. but I have never seen any skateboarders try their halfassed tricks on grass. What a dildo.

They could be using the sidewalks at night and breaking them off when they pop up.  Regardless, until more details are know, it's not smart to judge anyone in the situation....
