 That sign has been sanitized for the tourists to whatever is left of PDX chinatown.

The original neon sign had "HUNG FAR LOW" and "Cocktails" on the bottom of the sign.

Some wag spraypainted out the "tails" portion resulting in

HUNG FAR LOW cock.
