I grew up doing programming on a number of different systems.. Personally id rather fix stuff than program. Anyway.. i was looking around on icanhascheeseburger.com and saw a reference to LOLcode.. After a quick Google i found a sample.. OMG! I love the style! check this out.

I'm thinking of switching over and using it exclusively.

check out the whitespace language.

composed of spaces, tabs, line returns, etc.  some people have made compilers.

all the code is invisible in most text editors.

http://compsoc.dur.ac.uk/whitespace/

Most modern programming languages do not consider white space characters (spaces, tabs and newlines) syntax, ignoring them, as if they weren't there. We consider this to be a gross injustice to these perfectly friendly members of the character set. Should they be ignored, just because they are invisible? Whitespace is a language that seeks to redress the balance. Any non whitespace characters are ignored; only spaces, tabs and newlines are considered syntax.

i don't own a cat..or really even like them, but the whole lolcats meme has quite entertained me. good stuff. and i do find the cultural aspects interesting as well. in particular, the evolution of the cat caption language/grammar and how the cats have become noticeably "stupider" as the contributers become more mainstream.

eta. LOLCODE is definitely not an example of this. it was one of the earlier aspects.
