Someone did a study years ago about beauty.
Things they found: #1 symmetry on both sides of the face. #2 Ratio of spacing between the eyes, nose and mouth are all within the same margin, no matter what race. (that morphing vid really shows that.) #3 What is considered Beautiful is hard wired into us. Babies stared much longer at pictures of people considered pretty than ugly ones. |

Wrong - a study was done to determine what made people beautiful. One major factor was that their faces were perfectly symmetrical along a vertical axis. They proved it by taking pictures of normal people and made new faces from them by copying their left side to their right side and pasting the two together, and asking people to rate the beauty on a scale of 1 to 10. Perfectly symmetrical faces were always deemed more beautiful. |
