I got the illegal invasive survey last year. I filled it out "to the best of my ability" as I was required to do. Apparently that wasn't good enough because they kept calling and calling my house...even though one of the required answers was "what is your home phone number". Why do I have to fill that out when it is obvious they already have it? Here are some of the other questions it asked. Last week did the person do any work for pay or profit? What is the exact street addres of the work location? What is the exact time the person usually leaves for work? How many minutes did it take to get from home to work? What is the exact name of the employer you worked for? What were this person's most important activites or duties? |

I have gotten 2 of these in the last month, I have sent them nothing back in return and don't plan on it. I told the wife if they show up don't answer the door and if they catch you outside, tell them how many people and in the house, nothing more nothing less. These questions are really intrusive and none of their business.

You don't hae to fill it out; I remember in 2000 when I was a wee teenager; that it was optional but they wanted folks to fill it out so state wouldn't lose Rep seats in congress. If they tell me that I have to; I'll tell them to go fuck themselves. |

I either refuse of have a few minutes of creative writing.
They use it to decide if they need to subsidise housing. I make sure I represent quite a large minority family. I do not do that until I have really taken up alot of their time with door knockers and mailings.... |
