I want to do some nylon gear mods, and am looking for a source for the black coated brass snap type fasteners as found on GI issue gear.

An example of that I'm looking for would be the single snap found on an ALICE dressing/compass pouch or the two found on an ALICE canteen pouch.

Anybody have a source for these fasteners, or something similar?
