I sold my illegal weapon stockpile so that the BATF won't burn my house down.
The only things i have left are a sling-shot and a gas mask! ATF, please don't burn my house down and kill my family. |
To say "illegal weapon stockpile" in today's world is redundant! Just weapon stockpile is adequate...illegal is implied!! [}:D]
Gone. All gone. Nothing left. No firearms. No BB guns. No slingshots. Gone. No ammunition. No gas masks. All gone. Sold 'em. Gave 'em away. Lost 'em. Gone. Nobody home either.
Go away. |
Well, if you are a convicted felon and you've been bragging to your neighbors about your guns and about being a US Marshall, then now might be a good time to sell your "stockpile" [;)]
No.
If I sell my stockpile, some other poor slob will have his house burned down and be killed. I couldn't live with myself after that. My stockpile is my personal responsibility. |
I cracked.....in light of recent developments I'm selling of my stockpile. piece by piece...[url]http://ar15.com/forums/topic.html?id=42085[/url] [:)]

Quoted: i never had a stockpile im like imbrog|io all i got is a 30 cal and a couple 22's View Quote So, let's apply some ATF math to this: one 30 and 2 22s, 1(30) + 2(22), 30 + 44, 77 You have a stock pile of 77!! Better take out some fire insurance, quick... [pyro] |
Ohh my YES! Ran down to one of those buyback programs, and traded em in for expensive tennis shoes, and movie tickets..
I feel so ,so "correct" now.. (Yeah right. And I've got the deed to this really big ditch in Northern Arizona..Anyone interested?) Meplat |
I just sold mine. The way the market has been going lately I just couldn't keep taking that kind of beating. What is with all this talk about guns anyway.[:D][uzi]
See, even my friend doesn't want to get "burned down".
[url]http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?id=47228[/url] We are all beginning to see the light. |
I don't have a stockpile, I destroy all of my guns immediately after I purchase them. This is my way of getting the damned things off the streets.
The dog ate my stockpile. I just hope I can stop him from pooping on the neighbor's lawns.
For the children. Jim |

I'm brining all my shit to the "Burning Man" festivities to be burned up.
I'll be the one who decides how it burns. |
Don't worry. If you get raided by the ATF, call 911. The Davidians did and the cops rescued them- the ATF that is.
If you want to get rid of that stockpile quick then send them to me. I live in an apartment, so burning it down would make the ATF look bad.

PRETEXT
[size=1][red]Press Releases:[/red] A subcommittee on media and public affairs assembled a list of press releases and studies, which can be timed to one released to the media per day, in order to [red]fully maintain the high profile of the gun control issue. We don't want to lose the momentum initiated by the massacre in Long Island, however, many local news organizations have been very active in keeping the gun control issue resolutely in view, without any assistance from us.[/red] Be sure to call the various station managers and news services to express your thanks. 4 Reduction of the number of guns to require an Arsenal license Right now the proposed Arsenal licenses which Senator Feinstein should be pushing for, requires an "Arsenal License" for those people who feel they need more than 20 guns and 1000 rounds of ammunition. We feel that number is too generous, due to the fact that any number of guns constitutes a grave threat to the safety of the community, we suggest strongly that this license limit be reduced to possession greater than 5 guns and 250 rounds of ammunition. 5 Arsenal License Fees It is not unreasonable to require a yearly fee for an Arsenal license to be at least $300.00, with a cap of $1000.00. The money collected can be used to defray the immense medical costs directly attributed to these deadly weapons. 6 Limits on Arsenal Licensing No Arsenal Licensing to be permitted in counties with populations of more than 200,000. 7 Requirement of Federally Approved Storage Safes for all guns We should follow Great Britain's lead on this. All licensed gunowners should be required to have a storage safe which meets minimum federally mandated requirements. This step would reduce the tragic accidents which claim the lives of tens of thousands of children a year and make it more difficult for burglars to steal the guns. 8 Inspection License Another good revenue source would be mandatory inspection licensing of all safes. Each safe would be registered with a specific serial number and the serial numbers and types of weapons stored should be on file with federal and state authorities. Since unannounced inspectors can insure that all declared weapons are being properly stored, all safe licenses should have an additional yearly fee to offset the cost of these spot inspections.[/size=1] [continue on next post] |

[size=1]
24 Requirement of special storage safe for ammunition and licensing Like the storage safe for guns, there should be a national requirement for special safes to store ammo. These safes should be tamper proof and fireproof and be registered themselves so that on the spot inspections can be held. Again, the costs for these inspections can be absorbed by the license fees. a) Handgun License Fees: Year 1 to 2: Program can begin at a relatively low cost to discourage non-compliance: _Suggested Fee Schedule:_ _$50 - $75 annual fee_ f) Arsenal License: (currently at 20 guns or 1000 rds of ammo) Suggested Fee schedule: $300 - $1000 annual fee Alternate Yearly Fee Schedule: If guns owned exceed 20 - $200 per gun over the limit If ammo qty exceeds 1000 - $100 per each 50 rounds over the limit (Fees are flexible due to requirements of local law enforcement) g) Suggested Penalty for Non-Compliance of Arsenal Licensing Law: $5,000/8 mos in jail, confiscation of all firearms related property and the revocation of ability to own firearms. (Final Disposition would have to be determined by the Dept. of Justice and the state and federal legislatures) h) Safe License: _Suggested Fee schedule:_ _$228 - 392 annual fee_ (Fees based on calculations of set up of computerized records keeping system, enforcement and registration processing) i) Ammunition Registration & License: _Suggested Fee schedule:_ _$55 - $117 fee for license to buy ammunition_ (fees based on calculations of set up of computerized records keeping system, enforcement and registration processing) j) Federal license for Re-Loading (or possession of re-loading equipment) _Suggested fee schedule:_ _$130 - $175 annual fee_ k) Ammunition Safe License Fee: _Suggested Fee schedule:_ _$55 - $75 annual fee_[/size=1] IV. _Reduction of Gun Owner Population and Potential Yearly Revenue_ ^ ^ [size=1]Allege handgun control master plan for TOTAL Gun Confiscation Dis-Armament.[/size=1][url] www.RKBA.org/antis/hci-master[/url] ^ [size=1]Revelation 13:18[/size=1][url]http://www.digitalangel.net/da/tech.htm[/url] Never Again, Never Forget Seek the Truth Liberate Your Mind FIXED BAYONETS VX |

Sell them? NO! gave them away? YES!
They are now with my ex-girfriend whom is living with her new boy[:E]friend. I did the right thing and called the [(:)]BATF and told them I no longer want to live in fear of guns[:o]. I will rely on the 911[:)]system to save my ass from now on. I also told them where to pick up the weapons and the many thousands of rounds and mags at if they need them later on.[uzi] I hope they don't wake[sleep]them up or make them get out of bed[sex]to answer the door. I hope I get to see all of the action if they do go there to get them.[bounce][heavy][smash][pistol][smash][sniper][smash][shotgun][smash] Greg God Guns and Guts made this country great! |

How about giving them the rifle ammo at supersonic, and the handgun ammo at subsonic, well, at least some of the pistol ammo at subsonic.

Only the government should have guns. All the wild beasts are gone from this land.

Yes, I too have turned in my one and only rifle into the local buyback program. In return I received a soccor ball......YEA!!!
Now if any one burglurizes me again, like they did last week, I will have something to do while I wait the 30-45 minutes for the cops to show up.[:)] sgtar15 PS BTW, all the previous posts were I mentioned owning any other firearms were lies. I merely wrote those things so you all would like me.[:I][:I] |

How do you guys keep stockpiles? I have the damndest time keeping my ammo a whole day before using it. My stockpile is downrange. Will a rifle fit in a safety deposit box?
I did the right thing and turned all mine into the local ATF office. I then purchased some pink T-shirts that had written in yellow letters "I AM UNARMED, PLEASE DON'T HARM ME". I then bought a large sign to put in my front yard that says "THERE ARE NO FIREARMS IN THIS HOME, PLEASE DON'T HARM US". I sure when the bad guys see these they'll feel like thier is no challenge involved and move on to another target.[uzi]

I don't have a stock pile. Most of my stocks are still attached to their rifles and are neatly stored in my safe, not just piled in...

I find this part even more disturbing:
and remember to praise President Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno for their political courage for standing up to the old boy network of the Gun Lobby. Special praise to Senator Diane Feinstein was mentioned for her courage in standing up to the ever diminishing number of gun crazy extremists who are actually pushing to make our society a killing field. [u]What is pending now and can be law in 1994![/u] * Ban of all clips holding over 6 bullets * Ban on all semiautos which [red]can fire more than 6 bullets without reloading.[/red] * Ban of possession of parts to convert arms into military configuration * Ban on all pump shotguns [red]capable of being converted[/red] to over 5 shots without reloading * Banning of all machine guns, destructive devices, short shotguns/rifles, assault weapons, Saturday Night Specials and Non-Sporting Ammunition. * Arsenal Licensing (for possession of multiple guns and large amounts of ammunition) * Elimination of the Dept. of Civilian Marksmanship, long considered a sacred cow and a dinosaur from the Cold war years (Thank you President Clinton!!!) * Ban on possession of a firearm [red]within a home{/red] located within 1000 feet of a schoolyard. * Ban on all realistic replicas/[red]toy guns[/red] or non-firearms capable of being rendered realistic * The right of victims of gun violence to sue manufacturers and dealers to be affirmed and perhaps, aided with money from government programs. * Taxes on ammo, Dealers licenses & guns to offset the medical costs to society. and . . [red]* the eventual ban of all semi-automatics (regardless of when made or what caliber)[/red] [u]What was only a dream ten years ago can be reality as early as this year!!![/u] After the meeting, the following ideas were the result of a brainstorming session to guide the focus of gun control initiatives over the next five years. These may not be politically feasible ideas for 1994, but we are confident that with continued pressure we can achieve most if not all of these goals within the next five years. The following list is condensed from our meeting in which we considered the best ideas for public safety expansion. The time is right for action. View Quote Hey, I'm a "gun crazy extremist who actually wants a killing field" These people should be locked in mental institution if the actually believe this garbage they put out. And Finally, proof that they want a complete ban on all Semi-Auto. Firearms, and once they have that they'll want to ban all Firearms. |

By the way AGS (Americans For Gun Safety is actively trying via it's website to get gun owners to break the law by misinforming them of the law.
[url]http://ww2.americansforgunsafety.com/asp/statelaws.asp?state=florida[/url] Here is a sample from their State Laws Database: In Florida it says the Minimum Age to Purchase a Handgun is 18. Last time I checked it was 21. For a while it said there was no waiting period for handguns, but they have corrected that. They additionally state that there is no minimum age to possess a longun in Kalifornia. Actually isn't it a felony to give a child a firearm in PRK ? If I'm wrong about the Florida issue, please let me know right away so I can buy myself a handgun. But, I'm not... In fact recently, Shotguns and rifles with no stocks were re-classified as handguns. Therefore, the gunshop told me I had to be 21 to buy a Pistol Grip Shotgun I was eyeing. Personally, Florida is a little too restrictive and only getting worse. |

Dear ATF Agents,
I no longer own any firearms. I sold my "cache" at the last gunshow. It was sold to a tall guy with a beard. I think his name was AL Gore. Anyway included in the sale were several fully automatic assault bolt action rifles and 2 red ryder bb guns modified with grenade launchers. Al says he will add them to his growing collection of illegal weapons. As a good little slave.....umm citizen i will be happy to give you the directions to his house. As i recall its made of enviromentally safe cardboard and bees wax so your flammable teargas should work well. Thanks again, TBS |
I have never had, nor do I now have an illegal stockpile of weapons.
I rent out a warehouse for mine now, the basement was full and the cat couldn't get to its litterbox!
offsite storage is a good idea... if you insist on not selling your stockpile.
Oh yeah, I forgot I do have a stockpile, but it consists mainly of NASDAQ telcom and semi-conductor stocks that aren't worth much at the moment.
Maybe one day. Buy low, sell high, avoid the inverse (unless you're short selling), and don't margin. Jim |
I dont even have any weapons MR.BATF I only hang out here to see what type of bad pepole are out there.
p.s guns are bad and so are sling-shots |
