With almost 100K members at this site I KNOW that there are more than a few business owners in the mix. General contractors, farmers, landscapers, restaurant owners, etc...
And I KNOW that some of you employ illegal aliens, so I have to ask: How do justify your actions? How do you live with yourself knowing that you & your ilk are largly responsible for the Cental American invasion that will be the downfall of our once proud Republic? Are you truly willing to sacrifice our shared language & culture for a few pieces of silver? Are you comfortable that your actions will ultimately lead to America becoming a balkanized, third world ghetto? C'mon... step up & explain yourselves. Grow a spine and tell us how what you are doing is good for this country? |
While I own my own business, I do not hire anybody for help.
On the other hand, I know MANY biz owners in my area that hire illegals.... --VT |
"How do you Justify it???"
Capitalism favors profit above all else. |
Are you speaking for yourself SPECTRE, because it's not a rhetorical question? I actually want otherwise patriotic Americans to come forward & tell us that what they are doing is good for the future of this nation. Because like I've said in the past, if the only thing holding this nation together at this point is our collective greed & gluttony, then we deserve the fate that awaits us. |

I frame houses. I refuse to hire illegals and my income suffers for it. My rates have been driven down over 20% over the last two years because of competition from crews that employ 4 illegals for each of my Citizen employees.
I could easily employ illegals and make a killing off of their cheap labor but I won't. I love my country too much. And it is not fair to ask taxpayers to subsidize my buisness. |
Besides that your houses are probably quality homes. If you cant speak english, you sure in hell cant read it. |
troll
Hey everybody, tell me if you are breaking the law too, so the government can arrest you and make you a felon... |
I employ illegal foreign workers.
You can't talk Americans into doing scat porn. That's my sole justification. |
Shit, if I were building a house, I'd love to find a contractor that employs ONLY legal citizens! |
Nobody is being arrested. |
I hire Minutemen. Two of them in fact. Sure they cost more but they are worth every penny!
EDIT grammar |
That's about the funniest thing I've read in a long time! |
I manage a good size commercial janitorial / cleaning company. Obviously this is an industry that has TONS of illegals employed in it. I don't hire anyone that is not properly documented and I also don't hire anyone that does not speak english well. It is their job to be able to communicate with me, not the other way around.
Fuck illegals and the businesses that hire them. |
They're here to do porn Americans won't

The only non american citizens every employeed on the families farm were a group of Czechoslovakian's overy here on some sort of work grant, all the other employeement is found through the FFA or retiries.

Back in the day I planted trees in the Washington Cascades. I was one of only a couple of legal employees out of a dozen or better. I'm guessing the company I worked for had a hard time finding legal workers due to the difficult nature of the work for the relatively low pay of $10 an hour. (Picture going up and down rugged mountain clear cuts with a heavy bag of seedlings around your waist and hoedad in your hand). I remember the INS raiding the hotel we were staying in and a couple of the guys jumping out the window. Up until that point I was naive and didn't know they were illegal aliens.
Do you scrutinize those documents or turn a blind eye? My father is trying to draw his Social Security but he can't becasue he has five jobs from California to Georga. Five illegals are using his ssn. I kid you not! |
Thats why I got out of framing. Im a machinist now and for the past 13 years. Guess what last 3 years my wages and benefits are going down. Reason. Illegals combined with loss of manufacturing jobs. Its a double killer |
Why would I turn a blind eye? I don't want illegals working for me. Background checks are run on all new employees, if forged documents will stand up to that I'm not sure what else I can do. |
Fuck that shit about not tellin, i got 3 illegals out sleeping under the stars and thunder and rain and lightning. Cheap labor=me no work
they do all of my farm work and house work..... and sometimes, i can get ezmarelda to give me a wicked back massage....... just kidding |
I know, I was just trying to illustrate how easy it is for sombody to say "well they had ID" |
I'm gonna start a Courier business and hire nothing but illegals.
Everything will be shipped to Mexico. |
I'm going to hire some and pay them without with holding taxes; breaking the law is okay for everyone now, right? The Consitution guarantees equal protection, and I'm equal to any Senator or Congressman, and better than most.

Or the bottom of the Pacific |

I own a tile installation co. Ive had to let go 4 americans in the last couple years because I cannot compete with the companies hiring the illegals. A couple of us tile co. owners that do not hire illegals confronted one particular FUCK head at a supply house one morning that had over 20 mexicans employed, not one of them could speak english yet he claimed they were all legal. Ya right, he doesnt show his face at that supply house any more.
I must give up 2/3rds of my profit if I want to compete with any of these companies. If it werent for all of the big $ customs being built Id be out of business. The higher end builders dont like it if they cannot atleast communicate with the subs. |

We just lost a good size contract in a State of Nevada building. It had to be put up for re-bid because they added more office space and the additional space put the $$ over a certain number that the state required it be out for open bid. We were in the middle of the pack for bidders, the state went with the low bid. It was about 40% lower than our bid. You can not make a profit at a bid 40% below ours, it is not possibe if you are doing things on the up and up.
I still talk to some of the security guys at the building, they tell me that they are not happy with the new company, different people cleaning it every night and none of the 5 person crew speak english. Any wagers on how many people working for the new company are illegal? |
My family paid some random guy to cut down some tree branches for us, also about 2 or 3 times we paid some people to cut our grass.
If we didn't live in a socialist society, I wouldn't have a problem with companies hiring immigrants at all.
At my last job, the owner of the company left me responsible for accepting a shipment of materials to an outdoor storage facility. The truck showed up late, after everyone had left. The only people around were 3 Mexicans loitering about the front gate. I paid them $10 each to unload the truck.
It was wrong but I got the job done and we were open for business the next day with the supplies needed for our customers. |
Want to share something, or do you just want to hide behind a silly fucking emoticon? |
Nope just tagging the thread I'm a plumber and see plenty of illegals working in the trades; drywallers, framers, landscapers.... and thought I'd hear somebody justify why |
So... nobody is going to fess up?
Why is that? Could it be that you know what you are doing is destructive to America, but you value your big house & new cars more than the sovereignty of our nation, and you are too embarrassed to admit it in public? Come on... you're already reaping the financial rewards of your disloyality knowing full well that you are selling your nation down the river... at least have the sack to own up to it. |
My mom told me to pull the weeds out of the garden and along the fence at our house once, I was lazy and didnt do it, was about 16. When she left to go somewhere for a few hours, out of the blue a illegal knocked on my door wanting to know if I had any yard work I needed done. Sure, said i'd give him 10 bucks to pull the weeds, sure enough he jumped on it gladly. Took him about 3 hours, and it was hot south florida. I gave him the 10 bucks and he thanked me, i gave him some water+fruite and he left. My mom came home and said I did an awesome job and gave me $20.
I was a kid, and didnt realize the immigration problem. I wouldnt do that now, but I was stoked at the time. |
I hate you! But, I also admire you too. So torn. |

I've refused work simply because I knew the business(es) invovled employeed and actively supported illegal immigrants. Fuck 'em.

I work at a golf course during the summers - greenskeeping.
My boss refuses to hire illegals - managment has tried to get him to several times, but he refuses. Our wages are pretty damn low - I only make 8 bucks an hour, I was making 10 at the county. My boss is only make 65k a year as well - good money, but when you consider the greenskeeper heads who hire illegals are making 80k a year...you notice the difference. This job is why I get pissed when people say "they are just doing the jobs americans wont do" Bullfuckingshit. I do that job, asshole, 6 days a week, and my day starts at 0500. Maybe if you kicked the illegals out, wages would go up, and more people would work these jobs. But don't tell me Americans wont do the job...oh no. |
+1 Money makes the world go around. |
I wont hire anyone not legal, bottom line.
I don't own the company but I am the GM responsible for such things. Never have never will Another thing, even if they are legal they damn well better be able to speak english if they want a job. I don't have time to translate or teach english 101 at work. |
Your justification sucks. Americans built this country, not a bunch of criminals hired by employers. |
I will be building a house in about 2 years. Contract will require no illegals be used and I will check the papers myself |
The real answer is it is hard to tell/prove they are illegal. Here in Texas they have Driver's Licenses just like me. Sure, they cannot speak English, but that does not mean anything here in Dallas, lots of US Citizens cannot speak English. Social Security card, sure they have one, looks just like mine. |

I have stayed out of most of these threads, but here goes.
I don't have an illegals working for me. Matter of fact I am very NOT diverse in my employees. They are all white Americans. I consider everyone of them family even the ones that aren't my blood. I assume from my days at Coca-Cola it is pretty hard to have an illegal on the payroll. I don't know how they are doing it. When I was at Coke, we had to get rid of all of our illegals. This was in the late 80's early 90's. I can't imagine it is easier now to hire them. I know people are doing it, but someone explain how? Are they paying cash? If so how are they expensing it? If if they are paying cash and not expensing it.....how the fuck does anyone think that is "cheaper" labor? PS I am not above hiring a crew of Mexicans for labor. I hired a group of guys to cut up a tree that had fell on my house. I have no idea their status. I would do it again to get that tree off of my home and truck. For employees....that's different to me. |
Hired three illegals for three days to help build a retaining wall around my front yard last summer. I didn't see the need to hire a contractor who would charge me an arm and a leg only to turn around and hire illegals at home depot for less than $5/hr to do the job. Picked them up at the local day laborer job center we have in town, paid them all $10/hr. They did a great job and they were able to follow my directions just fine.
It's a sad day in America when businesses can't compete dollar for dollar without hiring illegals.
