I have my Mustang GT at the shop and was wondering if it is policy to give a replacemnt car if i ask.

never hurts to ask.  worst they will tell you is "no" and you have to bum a ride for a little while.

My experience with Chrysler dealerships is that if your car is staying overnight, and you ask, you can get a loaner.  When I did, though, it wasn't a demo, it was one of their used cars that was pulled aside for business use.

Never could convince them to give me a loaner Viper.

I took my chevy in for some minor issues, and the dealer gave me a loaner with 2000 miles on it.
