I made a video that I would like to compress down to suitable size for uploading/downloading.

Video is currently in MPEG-1 format, 352x240, 29.97 fps, 25mb, 2min 26sec long.
Audio is MPEG audio Layer 2, 44,100hz, 16 bit stero.

I'd like to get it down to around 15-12mb and still maintain a decent video/sound quality.

Any suggestions as far as adjusting the bitrate, using a different CODEC, encoding in a different file format?

I'm using ULead Media Studio if that's any help.
