We got from the podcast that season 3 starts 5 years after the end of season 2... And that the first 4 or so episodes will be on New Caprica...

Now here is my theory...

After the jump out from New Caprica, Adama along with the RTF, go and find earth... They find earth at our current technology level..

Adama meets the leaders of the 13 tribe and informs them of the threat..

Earth gets a jump start in technology..

Vipers along with smaller cruiser/destroyer/frigates are built in Earth orbit..

Pilots and Marines are trained..

Both battlestars get a complete crew trained and battle ready..

Then the battlefleet returns to New Caprica to liberate the colonies and kick some major cylon ass..

The cylons are forced to the peace table and agree to leave man alone..

The key for peace will be the hybrid kid..

Lee and Dee make babies...

Starbuck's hubby gets dead...

Roslyn pwns Baltar...

Adama and Roslyn hook up...

Ok.. thats my opinion..

I think you're crazy, but I do know this:

The occupation of New Caprica is going to be resolved in the first couple of episodes. It is not going to be an ongoing story arc.

The people on New Caprica rejoin the fleet and continue the search for Earth.

There are supposed to be a couple of episodes that feature the cylon home world.

Why are so many people so gullible about that?  It was a freaking joke.
