I went to the local Gunshow today and was looking for ammo. Most 7.62 was gone and even 9MM hollowpoint was low. I saw a fair amount of reloads for various calibers. It just seemed like there was a lot less ammo and the big vendor that is usually there was missing. anyone notice a change in ammo availability in the past 2-3 months? I an not just speaking about Wolf either

I'm going to put one round of 7.62x39 up on gunbroker for $500 with a buy it now for $700.

Did you happen to see any South African .308 battlepacks? If so, how much were they? I'm trying to decide if I should get some more from Aimsurplus and pay shipping or just wait for the next fun show.

Yeah, to just about every mil caliber.
Can hardly find 7.62 anymore. 5.56mm is really getting scarce and .308 is running out fast.

I haven't seen SA .308 at the shows here for a long time. I can only find it at one gun store that wants $5 more per battlepack than I can get it from AIM shipped.

Thats disappointing to hear. I've always thought the really good guns shows were in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, etc.
