Working in a call center today and I occasionally use software that can monitor what the customer service people are doing...Co worker walking through the cubes saw some skin on one guys monitor so we pull him up and he's talking to several women online, in and out of myspace and chatting. One of the girls he's talking to is a 14 year old..I thought he was going to leave her alone because he was talking about her age but then he offers her his number CORRECTION: ASKS FOR HER NUMBER..I'm over him but not directly so I'll have to hand it off to someone..I've got screen prints of him talking to her but I didn't get one of him giving her his number...I guess I'll cool down and wait for his supervisor
 UPDATE: OMFG his Team Lead went to check on him 5 hrs later...He had his computer on the proper customer service applications but he had booted up the computer next to him and he was talking to 3-4 girls in Myspace including the 14 year old!!! The guy said he had to respond because his phone was going off everytime he got a response from the girls. He doesn't realize he's doing anything wrong and not the least bit concerned that we caught him talking to a 14 year old!!!! |

I wish...he's told a co-worker of mine that he has a pregnant wife....I hope he was lying so he could get excused but he did mention to one of his online girls that "She" was leaving for a week this Thursday and he would be available Thursday Night |

Didn't look...picture was tiny with her age underneath ..I just handed all the screenshots off to the team leader..Guy has been pulled off the phones. Correction on what I said earlier...He asked for her number so he could "call her on his lunch break" |

Dude needs to be fired.
It can be a PIA though, we caught a co-werker (who is engaged) checking his adultfriendfinder.com account, this former IT  guy did not clear his history or cookies, etc. it was a shared computer too, so in order to getting heat my other co worker printed the pages, talked to the boss, etc. Even after all that, and busting the guy for looking at porn on the company computers, we could not get him fired because there was not enough evidence, I.E. one of the other employees (there are 3 total) could have done it. |

Just heard back from the supervisor...guy said he told the girl to get lost....Supervisor didn't have full set of screenshots including the last one with him asking for her number..I gave him the rest of the screenshots and he'll take it to upper management and HR when they get here tomorrow..I'll follow up with management as best as I can to make sure they get the full story.
