Actually the previous thread was about the proposed bill before it was passed late this evening. Just providing an update incase no one had heard that it actually passed with most of the major legislation from the first iteration intact. I think that anyone would agree that the bill will be sighned into law by the president. The news of it's passing hit the wire services 13 minutes before I posted.
