Cut into little flakes. Cooked all the way through. Mixed with mayo and diced pickles. Served mashed between rye toast.

Damn nice piece of fish you whipped up! Looks fantastic!
Ever caught a tuna and happen to have wasabi & soy sauce on the boat?
Sashimi has never been so good.

Albacore / tuna fishing is an absolute kick in the ass.
No liscense needed and no catch limit ( at least off the WA coast )
You troll at about 10-12 knots and they hit your lure swimming at about 30 knots. They are like fighting a 30 lb small mouth bass if you have ever been bass fishing.
Nice job not to over cook it Buckeye !

Looks good but I am going to have to deduct points for no firearm in the pic or any spare mags for said missing firearm!
Good looking tuna steak.

Previously frozen. The display in the grocery store indicated that it was from Malaysia.
It was good, though. Not fishy tasting/smelling in the least.

A little overcooked for my taste.. Nothing kills the taste of good yellowfin like cooking it...

Yep. Too medium. I prefer medium rare with a wassabi sauce.
