My son got a math-puzzle game for preschool/kindergartners where he solves math problems to find the next piece of the puzzle.

This is it:




I guess that's what they call "New-new-NEW math".

Does it have the notches in the side like on the picture?

If not, then it might actually be a good idea for tricking little kids into learning to add.




edit: they apparently had an art major designing the graphics for the box

Oh he loves it. It's good for getting them to practice math without dry rote math drills.
