Hell, I'd settle for a merchant account accessible to a regular Joe like me, with low fees. I just want to be able to accept credit card transactions with out alot of fuss (SOAP interfaces and the like are fine).

I heard about them from Jason at JTAC. He found them after Paypal screwed him.
